Return Process

Wait for our team to review and approve your return request. You'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Ship the Product

Pack the product securely with all original packaging and include the RA number. Ship to the address provided.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.

Refund Amounts

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • Include photos of the packaging
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Cold Chain Products

Products requiring refrigeration are shipped with temperature monitoring. If the cold chain was compromised during shipping, contact us immediately with the temperature indicator photos for a full refund or replacement.

Cancellations

Before Shipment

You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting our support team. If payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You must follow the standard return process if you wish to return the product.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of unopened products that are not defective or incorrect. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs.
